Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hanford, CA for a Project Administrator. The Project Administrator will be responsible for coordinating project schedules, maintaining communication with clients and team members, preparing project documentation and reports, and ensuring smooth execution of project workflows. Additional responsibilities include supporting project budget management, tracking deliverables, and fostering consistent progress throughout all phases of ongoing projects. Assist the Project Manager and Estimator with day to day operations.
Qualifications
- Project coordination, scheduling, and organization skills
- Proficiency in preparing and managing documentation, reports, and budgets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions
- Experience in the construction or steel fabrication industry is highly advantageous
- Proficiency in standard project management tools and software
- Ability to adhere to deadlines, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing priorities
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field preferred
- Familiarity with safety and regulatory requirements in the construction or fabrication industry is a plus
