Job Summary
The Iron Horse is seeking energetic and reliable Food Runners to join our Operations team. This role is key to ensuring our guests have a great experience in a fast-paced, live music environment.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver food and drinks from the kitchen to guests quickly and accurately
- Assist with counter service orders and operate the POS system as needed
- Clear and reset tables, keeping the floor clean and organized
- Assist in moving venue furniture and equipment (must be able to lift up to 50 lbs)
- Anticipate and respond to guest needs promptly and professionally
- Deliver artist meals to The Parlor Room pre-show
Qualifications:
- Restaurant or bar experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to move quickly, multitask, and stay organized under pressure
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset
