Iron Horse Sports Pub is looking for energetic, reliable, and experienced Servers/Bartenders to join our growing team in Bristol. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy creating a great guest experience, and work well with a team, we’d love to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly, positive attitude.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Maintain a clean, organized bar and dining area.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff.
- Follow all food safety and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
- Handle cash and POS transactions accurately.
- Help create a welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back.
Qualifications
- Previous serving and/or bartending experience preferred.
- Strong communication and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Nights, weekends, and holiday availability required.
- Must be dependable, professional, and team-oriented.
- Must meet all Connecticut requirements for serving alcohol.
