Proven process is plug and play and the limitations are the leaders in place!!!Responsibilities- Hiring/Firing sales team, production team and office staff- Manage CRM data accuracy and efficiency- Manage and grow assigned sales- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication- Utilize Sales CRM software to track leads and sales activities- Generate leads through Door Knocking and knocking teams. Group knocking technique and individual- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.- Help salesmen grow their network with real estate brokers and insurance brokers- Provide sales support to customers as needed-Embody the character and traits of a servant leaderRequirements- Proven experience in roofing sales and business growth- Strong ability to lead and motivate teams- Proficiency in territory management and account management- Familiarity with lead generation techniques- Excellent negotiation skills- Prior experience in roofing is a must
