Duties
- Lead the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Develop detailed project schedules using company project scheduling tools; coordinate construction schedule updates regularly
- Manage project budgets by monitoring costs, updating estimates, and controlling expenses through effective cost management strategies
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams to facilitate smooth communication and project progression
- Ensure construction regulatory compliance by adhering to local codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations
- Utilize restoration management software for project documentation, tracking progress, and reporting
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction activities; verify work quality; address issues promptly to minimize delays
- Manage contracts and procurement processes; review change orders and scope adjustments as needed
- Lead project meetings to track progress, resolve issues, and keep all clients informed of milestones
Skills
- Extensive experience with construction site management across commercial or infrastructure projects
- Proficiency in restoration project management software.
- Strong knowledge of restoration estimating techniques and cost management practices
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
- Proven track record managing teams in a construction management role; excellent leadership capabilities
