Iron Horse Exteriors is seeking a driven and experienced Siding & Roofing Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is a high-impact, commission-driven role for someone who understands the construction industry.
IMPORTANT: This position requires proven, hands-on experience in siding and roofing sales. Applicants without direct industry experience will not be considered.
What You’ll Do:
- Meet with homeowners to inspect siding and roofing systems
- Read construction plans and project specifications accurately
- Create detailed estimates and takeoffs
- Educate customers on materials, scope, and the project process
- Maintain strong communication with customers throughout the sales process
- Stay organized while managing leads, appointments, estimates, and follow-ups
- Work closely with project managers to ensure smooth project execution
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals
What We’re Looking For:
- REQUIRED: Proven experience in siding and roofing sales
- Strong understanding of exterior construction, materials, and installation processes
- Ability to read plans, measure accurately, and create detailed estimates
- Highly organized, with strong time-management and follow-up skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and able to manage your own schedule and sales pipeline
- Proven ability to meet or exceed monthly sales goals
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
