Responsibilities

- Utilize Ideal CRM to track sales activities, manage leads, and report on performance metrics.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to enhance product offerings.
- Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team to improve skills and knowledge in technical sales.
- Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly.
Skills
- Proven experience in sales management, particularly in outdoor power equipment and ag equipment.
- Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team development and motivation.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build lasting relationships.
- Proficient in analyzing data and market trends to inform business decisions.
