Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in outdoor power equipment and ag equipment sales, coupled with exceptional leadership skills. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and ensuring the team meets its targets while providing outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and enhance performance.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with company goals.
  • Manage customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
  • Utilize Ideal CRM to track sales activities, manage leads, and report on performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to enhance product offerings.
  • Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team to improve skills and knowledge in technical sales.
  • Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly.

Skills

  • Proven experience in sales management, particularly in outdoor power equipment and ag equipment.
  • Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team development and motivation.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build lasting relationships.
  • Proficient in analyzing data and market trends to inform business decisions.
  • Familiarity with Ideal or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
  • Strong business development acumen with a track record of successful sales strategies.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage equipment inventory & ordering.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
