- Conduct regular inspections of tools and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Collaborate with team members to execute tasks efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
- Participate in the estimation process by providing input on material needs and labor requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including any changes or issues encountered during the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Experience in construction management or related fields is preferred, with familiarity in construction underground utility work. Including, but not limited to storm, water, sewer installation.
- Proficient in using construction management software.
- Strong understanding of quality control processes within a construction site environment.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn new skills related to project scheduling and site management.
