Job Summary:

The Digital / Social Media Coordinator plays a vital role in developing, managing, and optimizing digital content. This position is responsible for creating and executing content strategies, overseeing website and social media accounts, and analyzing performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness. The coordinator is tasked with producing engaging content aimed at enhancing the online presence of brands owned by Iron Furnace, LLC. The goal is to captivate and inspire clients and guests to embark on enjoyable journeys and immerse themselves in the unique experiences offered by our brands.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute

--social media strategies to increase brand awareness and audience engagement

--uploads and creative content: images and videos; ensuring branding and marketing are aligned with Firm goals

--publishing and creation of compelling content—text, images, videos—for social media platforms, websites, and other digital platforms

--manage and create all media platforms: ensuring consistent posting and messaging

--social following by attracting new and current followers, building relationships, and creating an engaging online/social experience

• Monitor, Track, and Analyze

--media trends and industry developments to ensure content remains relevant and effective

--all media and website content performance metrics providing insights and recommendations for improvement

--open rates, click-through rates, and other relevant email performance metrics

• Coordinate and engage

--with the online community

--by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner

• Oversee and development

--marketing collateral and designs

--planning and executing digital campaigns, including paid advertising and influencer collaborations

--website updates and oversee the day-to-day media updates

• Stay up-to-date with

--industry trends and best practices; emerging social media platforms, marketing tools, and best marketing practices

--Google Analytics, social media insights, SEO, and other tools to measure traffic and engagement

--recommendations based on analytics to optimize content strategies

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Experience with website creation, content, and management with WordPress
• Experience and proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud)
• Experience with social media platforms, content scheduling tools, and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics etc.)
• Experience with Advertisement placement with Google, etc.
• Experience with paid social media advertising and influencer partnership
• Experience with email marketing platforms and CRM tools
• Experience with website updates and addressing common issues
• Possess effective knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams etc.)
• Excellent proofreading, editing, written, verbal and interpersonal communication abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Passion for digital trends and storytelling

Experience:

· At least three years of increasingly responsible experience in Marketing / Social Media preferred.
