Role Description
The On-site Personal Trainer position is located in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. As a Personal Trainer at IRON FIT, your key responsibilities will include:
1. Developing and executing individualized fitness plans for clients.
2. Leading fitness training sessions.
3. Providing nutritional guidance where applicable.
You will facilitate one-on-one and small-group training, ensuring a safe workout environment and motivating clients to attain their fitness aspirations. Trainers are encouraged to collaborate with one another to foster a community-driven atmosphere.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Personal Training and Fitness Instruction, allowing you to create safe and effective workout plans.
- Experience in Circuit Training and Sports Coaching to provide dynamic and engaging training methods.
- Knowledge of Nutrition to offer clients foundational dietary insights that complement their fitness goals.
- Certification in Personal Training (e.g., NASM, ACE, or equivalent).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients and create an encouraging training environment.
- CPR/AED certification is mandatory.
- Ability to manage time effectively and adapt to a flexible, client-focused schedule.
- Prior experience in a gym or training facility is preferred.
