Position: Planner - Services Coordinator
Wage: Negotiable Depending on Experience
Full Time/ Benefits Eligible / Non-Career Service / Exempt Position
Job Summary: Perform a variety of professional planning functions as needed to research and analyze planning issues and prepare planning reports, studies, recommendation and the coordination of assigned planning functions and processes and provide other support to the County Commission as requested. Works under the general guidance and directions of the Iron County Building Official/Zoning Administrator and the County Commission.
Qualifications Include: Bachelor's degree in urban planning, Public Administration or a closely related field and 5 - 7 years of progressively responsible experience performing planning related duties; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Special Qualifications:
Must have and maintain a valid Utah Drivers License, in accordance with Iron County policy Section 30.
Must pass a criminal background check
