Iron County is accepting applications for a **Part Time** DMV Title and Registration Technician in Cedar City, Utah. Will work **approximately 25 hours per week (maximum)**. Days/Hours for this position are set and not flexible - you will need to be able to work between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Monday thru Thursday.
Duties include performing a variety of clerical functions as needed to expedite the collecting and receipting of county personal property tax related to motor vehicles. Provides in-person customer assistance to taxpayers regarding motor vehicle transaction services. Processes a full range of documents related to registration, plating, titling, etc. of motor vehicles. Qualifications include high school diploma or equivalent, with one year of clerical experience related to job duties including typing, word processing, office procedures, telephone skills and interpersonal communication skills. Duties include clerical and some technical motor vehicle functions.
