• North Elementary is seeking a Part Time Lunch Monitor Paraprofessional to work 5 hours per week.** ***This position will remain open until filled.***
  
  

**The Part Time Lunch Monitor assists school personnel with monitoring student activities and behavior on the playground and in the lunchroom.**

• **Monitors and provides support, encouragement, and assistance to elementary students during breakfast and or lunch activities and on the playground. **
• **Supervises playground/recreational activities, including individual use of equipment and participation in group games. **
• **Assists in maintaining order and decorum in the lunchroom, reinforcing student manners, eating habits, and cleanup procedures. **
• **Assists in providing a safe environment for students during playground and breakfast/lunch periods. **
• **Enforces safety rules, appropriate behavior standards, and school playground/lunchroom policies. **

• **Regular, reliable, predictable attendance and job performance is required**

• **Communicate issues with the School Principal.**
• **Must have basic computer knowledge, be familiar with Google docs and check email frequently. Must be willing to learn and use all computer systems and software as needed.**
