Delivery Driver

Job Description:

This is a [Full-Time OR Part-Time] Driver position with Iron Clad Delivery LLC (ICDL), delivering packages to Amazon customers!

We are a new company building from the ground up—which means there will be multiple opportunities for growth as we expand. At ICDL, people come first. We launch the first week of October, and start dates will reflect that window. We need highly motivated, independent, safe, and reliable drivers who want to be part of something new. Successful delivery drivers enjoy being out on the road, put safety first, and care deeply about customer expectations and satisfaction.

Compensation & Benefits

· $19.50 per hour

Scheduling

· Full-Time & Part-Time opportunities available

· Typical shifts are 8–10 hours

· 3–4 day workweeks for full-time drivers (40 hours typical)

· Flexible scheduling available for part-time needs

· 2 paid 15-minute breaks and 1 unpaid 30-minute meal break per shift

Key Duties & Responsibilities

· Safely drive and operate your delivery vehicle at all times

· Deliver 200 packages per day while meeting safety and performance standards

· Perform routine vehicle safety inspections

· Use a handheld device for routing, scanning, and customer updates

· Provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude

· Work in all weather conditions and lift packages up to 50 lbs.

· Assist teammates when needed to ensure routes are completed

Basic Requirements

· Must be at least 21 years old

· Valid, non-restricted driver’s license (within the state of employment)

· Eligible to work in the United States

· Strong English communication skills
