IT Liaison / Bullhorn ATS Administrator
About the Role
We are seeking full-time IT Liaison/Administrator to support and optimize our recruiting, onboarding, HR, and payroll technology stack. This role serves as the primary point of contact for ATS (Applicant Tracking Software) administration and works closely with HR, Payroll, Billing, Finance, IT, and Operations to ensure smooth system performance and accurate data flow.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer ATS, Able Onboarding, Bullhorn Canvas, Absorb LMS, OnBase, and ADP Reporting systems.
- Load and manage onboarding documents and ensure accurate data entry across platforms.
- Conduct training sessions for Bullhorn administrators and end users.
- Configure Bullhorn for new reporting units, including workflows, permissions, and system settings.
- Provide day‑to‑day user support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with IT and development teams to resolve system issues and implement enhancements.
- Maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
- Assist with reporting needs using Bullhorn Canvas, ADP Reporting, and SQL queries.
- Support LMS administration, including user setup, course assignments, and reporting.
- Participate in system testing for updates, patches, and new feature rollouts.
Technical Requirements
- Experience with Bullhorn ATS/CRM is preferred, but similar 3rd-party software experience will suffice.
- Familiarity with payroll systems such as ADP.
- Experience with LMS platforms (Absorb preferred).
- Basic data analysis and reporting skills.
- *Ability to write SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.
- Experience working with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
- Understanding of user permissions, data governance, and system security best practices.
Qualifications
- Experience supporting system integrations between ATS, onboarding, HRIS, and payroll systems.
- Background in HRIS, recruiting operations, or IT support.
- Experience participating in system upgrades or process improvement initiatives.
Salary : $85,000 - $110,000
