Iron City Roofing is looking for motivated self-driven individuals to join our roofing sales team. No roofing experience is required - we provide complete training for motivated individuals.
Responsibilities
· Generate leads by meeting with homeowners
· Door-to-door neighborhood marketing
· Place door hangers and company signs
· Promote the company on social media
· Meet with homeowners, insurance adjusters and team members
· Document customer information and load documents using the Jobber application
Requirements
· Reliable cell phone
· Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation (Truck or SUV preferred)
· Comfortable climbing a ladder and walking roofs after training
· Ability to work independently
· Good time management and communication skills
After Training You’ll be responsible for
· Inspecting roofs using provided safety equipment
· Meeting with homeowners throughout the insurance and roofing process
· Working with insurance companies until each project is completed
Compensation
· 100% Commission-Based (1099 Independent Contractor)
· Unlimited earning potential
· Top performers can earn $100,000 per year
· Paid as each roof is completed
