Pediatric Physical Therapist (PT) – Join Our Growing Team!
We are looking for a passionate Pediatric Physical Therapist (PT) to join our growing team at Iron City OT! We are seeking someone who truly loves working with children of all ages, has a passion for learning, and values collaboration with families and fellow providers to help children reach their fullest potential.
Iron City OT is a therapist-owned and operated company that truly values and understands both therapists’ and families’ needs. This position is part-time with the potential to grow into a full-time role if desired.
What We’re Looking For:
- Pediatric therapy experience preferred
- Passion for working with children of all ages, with a strong emphasis on early intervention and developmental skills
- A lifelong learner who enjoys continuing education and professional growth, is open to mentorship, and enjoys sharing knowledge with teammates
- A collaborative team player who values working alongside occupational therapists, speech therapists, physicians, and other providers
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build meaningful relationships with children and families
About the Role:
This position involves evaluating and treating children with a variety of developmental, neuromuscular, sensory-motor, and orthopedic needs in a supportive, family-centered environment. We value a holistic approach to care and strive to empower families while helping children build confidence, strength, and independence through meaningful play and movement.
At Iron City OT, we prioritize 1:1 individualized care, allowing therapists the time and support to build meaningful relationships with children and families while providing high-quality, personalized treatment.
We also offer a unique combination of traditional weekly therapy sessions and intensive therapy programs, creating opportunities to work with a variety of children and treatment approaches.
