Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, including commercial, and industrial settings. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, ensuring all surfaces are sanitized and well-maintained.
- Execute floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, buffing, and polishing to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Conduct custodial duties such as dusting, vacuuming, and emptying trash in both residential and commercial spaces.
- Assist with industrial cleaning tasks as needed, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
- Support facilities maintenance by reporting any damages or maintenance needs promptly.
- Own cleaning equipment and tools to provide cleaning at customer sites.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with floor care techniques and equipment is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
