Production/Warehouse Helper

Job Overview:

We’re looking for a Helper to support our manufacturing and warehouse team at Iron Brothers Metals. This role is hands-on and fast-paced—perfect for someone who likes to stay on the move. You’ll be assisting with day-to-day production and warehouse operations, helping keep materials flowing and the shop running efficiently. If you’re dependable, willing to learn, and ready to contribute, we’ll teach you the rest.

What You’ll Do:

• Support production and warehouse crews with daily tasks
• Load, unload, and move materials safely
• Assist with organizing materials and maintaining a clean workspace
• Operate forklifts and other equipment (or learn to)
• Help keep inventory organized and accessible
• Work alongside team members to meet daily production goals

What We’re Looking For:

• Forklift experience preferred (we will train the right person)
• Experience with a plasma table is a plus
• Ability to perform physical work and heavy lifting
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Team-oriented mindset
• Readiness to contribute to our lean culture

Hours:

• Working hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Promptness is essential as we kick off our day with a morning meeting at 7:30 a.m.
• Weekends Off

Pay: $17.00 per hour
