The Role
We're seeking a dynamic, motivated EMS Trainer to join our Aventura studio. The ideal candidate has a passion for fitness and the ability to inspire and motivate clients. This role combines coaching, prospecting for new clients, and converting trial sessions into long-term memberships.
No prior EMS experience? No problem! We provide comprehensive, paid in-house training and certification to set you up for success.
Requirements (Must-Haves)
- Must be fluent in both English and Spanish — this is essential for daily client interaction.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (we are unable to provide visa sponsorship).
- Comfortable with a sales-driven role: generating leads, pitching sessions, and closing.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-performance, one-on-one, one-on-two and one-on-three EMS training sessions and demonstrate proper device use.
- Conduct prospecting activities to identify and reach potential clients.
- Use sales techniques to pitch EMS sessions, handle objections, and close sales.
- Follow all safety guidelines and protocols during sessions.
- Manage your time and multitask across multiple clients and responsibilities.
Skills & Qualifications
- Background in personal training or fitness coaching preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Proven ability to generate leads and close sales.
- Empathetic, patient, and motivational attitude.
- Strong time management and multitasking skills.

Studio Opening Hours
- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Thursday: Closed
- Saturday: 8:30 AM – 2:00 PM
- Sunday: 8:30 AM – 2:00 PM
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
