Position Summary:
Iron Bear Trailer in Denver is now hiring a full-time Warehouse Associate to join our growing company. This position is an integral part of our Warehouse team and will support both our Inbound and Outbound teams. In this position, you will ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment, while managing inventory, and processing shipments, and will also palletize, wrap, and load delivery trucks. Previous Warehouse experience and top-tier customer service skills will help set you up to succeed in this role.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Pull parts for customers
- Ship small parcel and freight orders
- Receive, stock, and put away parts
- Ensure inventory is organized and orderly
- Stock showroom floor
- Down stock as needed
- Assist with pulling urgent will call orders
- Palletize order items
- Shrink wrap orders and pallets
- Load delivery trucks
Position Requirements:
- Current Driver’s License required
- OUTSTANDING customer service skills
- Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Ability to quickly learn our computer programs
- Must be EXTREMELY organized and detail oriented
- Must be willing to get your hands dirty
- Experience in the trailer, RV, or automotive industry is a plus
- Forklift and pallet jack experience is strongly preferred

Physical Demands:
- Regularly required to sit or stand, reach, bend, and move about the facility
- Must be able to lift up to 50bs.
Work Environment:
- Usual office, warehouse, and manufacturing conditions will exist such as dust, lighting, noise, and temperature fluctuations
- This position is full-time, 40 hours per week
- This position is not remote
