Position Summary
Server is responsible for delivering an exceptional dining experience by providing attentive, friendly, and efficient service. This role requires knowledge of Korean BBQ dining, including table-side grilling assistance, menu guidance, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly, warmly, and courteously.
- Guide guests through the Korean BBQ dining experience, explaining menu items, grilling techniques, and side dishes (banchan).
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system.
- Assist guests with grilling at the table when requested, ensuring proper food safety and cooking practices.
- Deliver side dishes, sauces, drinks, and refills in a timely manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned tables and work areas.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal and respond promptly to requests.
- Handle guest complaints professionally and escalate to management when necessary.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently.
- Follow all restaurant policies, including health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- MUST BE 18 TO APPLY
- Previous serving experience preferred (Korean BBQ or Asian cuisine experience is a plus).
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation.

Physical Requirements
