Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Exemplify our Values: Embrace and uphold the values of community, respect, servant spirit, hard work, integrity, fun, and teamwork in every interaction.
• Execute precise food preparation, including grilling, smoking, and slow-cooking techniques.
• Ensure dishes meet IRON AGAVE's high-quality standards and reflect both authenticity and innovation.
• Collaborate with kitchen team for timely order execution and maintain a smooth workflow.
• Monitor food quality, taste, and presentation to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Follow strict food safety and sanitation guidelines, maintaining a clean work environment.
• Keep cooking station organized and stocked with ingredients, tools, and supplies.
• Adapt to fast-paced, high-pressure situations while maintaining attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
