We're hiring Access Control & Door Hardware Installers — Columbia, SC area
Irmo Lock Company / The Modern Locksmith is looking for experienced installers for commercial door hardware and electronic access control. Family-owned since 1989, with shops in Irmo, Cayce, and Lugoff.
What you'll do
• Install and service commercial door hardware (locks, closers, exit devices, hinges)
• Install and troubleshoot electronic access control (card readers, controllers, electrified hardware)
• Work jobs across the Columbia metro and nearby markets
• Coordinate with dispatch and deliver a clean finish
Requirements (experience required)
• 5 years of applicable experience in commercial door hardware and/or electronic access control
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Comfortable with tools, blueprints, and job-site problem solving
• Reliable, professional, and customer-facing
