Duties

  • Perform a wide range of dental procedures while creating great customer service with the patient.
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical and dental history reviews, clinical examinations, and diagnostic imaging using advanced equipment.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient needs, ensuring clear communication of procedures, risks, and benefits.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and office protocols.
  • Adhere to infection control standards and implement best practices in sterilization and sanitation to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with team members through four-handed dentistry techniques to optimize patient care efficiency and comfort.
  • Stay current with the latest advancements in dental technology and terminology to provide state-of-the-art care.

Skills.

  • Strong knowledge of anatomy, medical terminology, medical imaging techniques, and infection control protocols.
  • Demonstrated experience in handling diverse patient populations with empathy and professionalism.
  • Excellent patient care skills with a focus on patient assessment, education, comfort management, and building trustful relationships.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA compliance standards to ensure confidentiality of all medical records and documentation.
  • Effective communication skills for explaining treatment plans clearly to patients of all ages; ability to work efficiently within a team using four-handed dentistry techniques.
  • Knowledge of dental office operations including appointment scheduling, billing procedures, insurance processing, and record keeping. Pay: $160,000.00 - $500,000.00 per year
