Job Responsibilities:

•  Overseeing daily restaurant operations to maintain efficiency and service quality.
•  Ensuring compliance with company standards across all operational areas, including:
  • Product preparation and delivery
  •  Customer relations
  •  Restaurant maintenance and repairs
  •  Inventory management
•  Lead your team with effective guidance, manage recruitment for store-level positions as needed, and focus on employee retention.
•  Managing financial accountability to support the restaurant’s performance goals.
•  Delivering the highest quality products and exceptional service to each customer.
• Performing additional duties as needed or assigned.

Salary : $60,000 - $65,000
