What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clinical Systems Analyst - Full Time position at IRMC?
In this role you will be:
- Responsible for various duties pertaining to information services with a specialty being in the clinical areas.
- Interpreting, analyzing, designing, modifying, and/or writing reports for clinical applications.
- Preparing and delivering computer and software training classes to assure proficiency for all users.
- Implementing clinical applications, tools, or processes that assist clinicians with the management of data.
- Serving as a liaison between IS and the end user.
- Performing or assisting in the performance of computer systems or network problem diagnosis.
- Utilizing skills in computer literacy, usage, and clinical software.
- Able to work independently and exercise sound judgment in determining computer/clinical-related problems.
- Utilizing excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
- Coordinating several projects at a time.
- Able to review and evaluate requests for clinical system changes and enhancements.

QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
- EDUCATION: Degree in nursing or healthcare-related field required or equivalent work experience (RN preferred)
- EXPERIENCE: 5 years clinical experience
- LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION:
- Possess current license as an RN in Pennsylvania, or must pass nursing boards within 6 months of hire
- BLS required or obtained within 1 month of hire
