Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures during the overnight shift, ensuring a positive experience.
- Manage front desk operations, including handling guest inquiries, reservations, and special requests with professionalism and warmth.
- Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions, billing, and reservations to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Respond promptly to guest needs and resolve any issues or complaints with a friendly and proactive attitude.
- Maintain security by monitoring CCTV footage, conducting safety checks, and controlling access to the property during your shift.
- Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries to ensure seamless communication between shifts.
- Handle multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls efficiently and courteously.
Skills
- Strong background in hospitality management or hotel operations with previous hotel experience preferred.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities to serve diverse guest populations effectively.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and guest satisfaction.
- Experience in front desk duties, night audit procedures, and hotel management systems.
