Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures during the overnight shift, ensuring a positive experience.
• Manage front desk operations, including handling guest inquiries, reservations, and special requests with professionalism and warmth.
• Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions, billing, and reservations to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Respond promptly to guest needs and resolve any issues or complaints with a friendly and proactive attitude.
• Maintain security by monitoring CCTV footage, conducting safety checks, and controlling access to the property during your shift.
• Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries to ensure seamless communication between shifts.
• Handle multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls efficiently and courteously.

Skills

• Strong background in hospitality management or hotel operations with previous hotel experience preferred.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities to serve diverse guest populations effectively.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and guest satisfaction.
• Experience in front desk duties, night audit procedures, and hotel management systems.
• Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and multi-line phone system operation.
• Knowledge of resort or hotel environments with an understanding of guest services standards.
• Ability to work independently during night hours while maintaining high energy levels and attention to detail.
