System Specialist

Job Description: Franchise Coach – Systems

📍 Location: Irving, TX

Full-time | Monday – Friday

🔹 Responsibilities

• Assist the franchise support team and network in ensuring that all company systems are effectively utilized to maximize sales and operations.

• Conduct group or one-to-one training with franchisees on role-specific systems as required.

• Produce case studies on the effective use of systems to demonstrate value to the network, focusing on process simplification, headcount efficiency, sales maximization, and risk mitigation.

• Ensure management information (MI) visibility for franchisees and the support office.

• Document and share franchisee best practices on the utilization of systems.

• Collaborate with Marketing to identify market intelligence reports that can be used for prospecting and lead generation.

• Support reporting requirements for new services introduced to the franchise proposition as part of rollout projects.

• Work with franchisees to ensure new starters at branch level receive adequate systems training to perform their role effectively from an IT perspective, and confirm competency upon completion.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Background in training or coaching

• High attention to detail

• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office

• Confident with IT systems — able to learn new software quickly and troubleshoot basic issues

• Organized and methodical approach

• Proven track record of implementing process improvement initiatives

• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities

• Excellent communication skills
