THE OPPORTUNITY
Working directly with executive leadership, you will shape and lead a global accounting organization—connecting technical excellence with practical execution across the U.S. and international entities.
Your impact will span five priorities:
• Build and develop the team. Establish clear accountability, strengthen capabilities, and develop accounting leaders across regions.
• Deliver trusted financial insight. Lead global close, consolidation, and reporting across entities and currencies, giving leadership timely information to act with confidence.
• Strengthen manufacturing performance. Improve cost accounting, inventory accuracy, and product margin visibility to support better operating decisions.
• Advance systems transformation. Lead accounting requirements for Oracle NetSuite implementation and optimization, building reliable processes and meaningful automation.
• Establish governance that scales. Strengthen controls, intercompany accounting, audit readiness, and coordination of international statutory and tax compliance.
THE LEADER WE’RE SEEKING
You combine sound technical judgment with the ability to build, lead, and execute in a growing manufacturing business. You’re comfortable setting direction, working through complex accounting issues, and partnering closely with colleagues across functions, countries, and cultures.
Your background includes:
• CPA or equivalent professional accounting qualification and a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• 15 years of progressive accounting experience, including significant leadership in a multi-entity organization.
• Success scaling accounting operations in a growing manufacturing environment.
• Deep expertise in U.S. GAAP, global consolidation, internal controls, manufacturing costing, and inventory accounting.
• Hands-on Oracle NetSuite experience; OneWorld experience strongly preferred.
• International accounting experience, including working knowledge of applicable standards in India, Qatar, and the UK.
• Experience leading ERP implementations or major enhancements and developing strong accounting teams.
Domestic and international travel is required.
