Position: Trainer – Infrared, Industrial Ultrasound, and Partial Discharge Monitoring (Non-Medical)

Location: Lakewood Ranch, FL

Reports To: Director of North American Sales and Global Services


Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Trainer specializing in ultrasound, infrared, and partial discharge monitoring electrical safety equipment. The Trainer will be responsible for managing the service and support of our equipment, ensuring our customers receive the highest level of technical assistance and product support. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of these technologies, strong leadership skills, and a customer-centric approach to service management.


Responsibilities:

  • Serve as an escalation point for complex technical issues, providing expert advice and solutions to customers and the service team.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and technical issues promptly and professionally.
  • Continuously assess and improve service processes, implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
  • Develop and deliver technical training programs for the service team, keeping them up to date with the latest product advancements and service techniques.
  • Collaborate with the engineering, product development, and sales teams to provide valuable customer feedback and contribute to product improvement efforts.
  • Ensure that all service activities align with relevant regulations, quality standards, and safety guidelines.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, or a related field. (Preferred)
  • Proven experience (at least 5 years) in technical service management, preferably with ultrasound, infrared, or partial discharge monitoring equipment.
  • In-depth knowledge of ultrasound & infrared (Required), and partial discharge monitoring technologies (Preferred), troubleshooting methodologies, and repair techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively interacting with customers and cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Familiarity with relevant regulatory requirements and quality standards in the medical and electrical safety equipment industries.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
  • Customer-centric approach with a dedication to delivering exceptional service and support.
