The Opportunity
Irish Knight Holdings (IKH) is a Huntsville-based startup investment firm currently managing $300k in capital. With a diverse portfolio ranging from the Altos Mensa Social Club to local service pillars like John Wilson Lawn Care, we are entering a high-growth phase.
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead to act as the architect of our team. This is a commissioned role for someone who understands that a firm is only as strong as the people inside it.
The Role
You will be the primary point of contact for all incoming talent, specifically focused on scouting and vetting Junior Proprietary Trader (JPT) Interns and operational staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Sourcing: Identify high-potential candidates within the Huntsville market and beyond.
- Vetting & Selection: Conduct initial screenings to ensure candidates align with our core trading philosophy and dedication to community excellence.
- Portfolio Support: Recruit specialized talent for our subsidiary companies, including All Gas Waterfowl and our service-based holdings.
The Compensation Structure
This is a commission-only independent contractor role with significant upside for a high-performer:
- Flat-Fee Placements: Earn a set commission for every successfully onboarded candidate.
- Retention Bonuses: Additional "kickers" for hires that pass their 90-day probationary periods.
- Direct Access: Work closely with the CIO and gain visibility into the capital deployment and asset management space.
