Position Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Leasing Team Administrator to join our growing team. This individual will serve as the first point of contact for tenants, prospective renters, and office visitors while providing essential administrative support to the leasing team. The ideal candidate will bring excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency with leasing systems to help ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for tenants, prospective renters, and office visitors.
- Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and inquiries regarding available properties, leasing processes, and general questions.
- Accept and process rent payments, issuing receipts as necessary.
- Draft engaging property descriptions and manage online rental listings.
- Prepare lease agreements, ensure accuracy and compliance, and review lease terms with tenants.
- Maintain accurate leasing records, digital files, and databases.
- Coordinate appointments, property showings, move-ins/outs, and lease signings.
- Provide timely communication between tenants, owners, and the leasing team.
- Assist with additional administrative projects as assigned by management.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous administrative or leasing experience preferred; property management background a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and customer-focused approach.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and property management software (e.g., Rent Manager, Property Meld).
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
- Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to take initiative.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training in office administration or real estate is a plus.
