Role Description
We’re gearing up for our busiest season and we’re looking for a few extra hands 👐 to help keep our properties in top shape! This is a temporary summer position, perfect for someone who’s handy, reliable, and ready to jump into steady work.
📅 Position Details
· Orientation: May 26, 2026
· Start Date: May 27, 2026
· End Date: August 20, 2026
· Pay: $17–$19 per hour (or based on experience)
🔧 What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll assist our maintenance team with a variety of tasks across our student housing properties, including:
· Hanging blinds and smoke detectors
· Assembling furniture
· Light painting and caulking
· Swapping fridge filters, flushing water heaters, and cleaning appliances
· Quick basement cleanups
· Installing towel bars, doorstops, shower rods, light fixtures, and more
· Changing locks (including Teeho battery locks)
· Using drills and basic hand tools

· Comfortable using basic tools and completing hands-on tasks
· Reliable, efficient, and detail-oriented
· Able to work independently and as part of a team
· Valid driver’s license required 🚗
