We're looking for a Certified Marine Mechanic to join our crew of professionals who take pride in their work and care about every detail—because here, that’s what sets us apart.
What you’ll do:
- Diagnose and repair marine engines, drive systems, and onboard tech
- Perform routine maintenance and seasonal service (commissioning & winterizing)
- Tackle major jobs like repowers, rebuilds, and overhauls
- Install new systems, troubleshoot issues, and upgrade older vessels
- Keep detailed records (we like clean paperwork as much as clean installs)
- Work safely with boats, trailers, and equipment in the yard and on the water
- Jump in where needed—because no one here says “that’s not my job”
What we’re looking For:
- 5 years of experience as a marine technician
- Current certifications (ABYC, NMMA, or OEM-specific training required)
- Solid understanding of schematics, manuals, and diagnostic tools
- Physical ability to lift 50 lbs., climb ladders, and work outdoors year-round
- Great communication skills—you’re good with both teammates and customers
- A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
