What You'll Do
As part of a collaborative, well-supported care team, you'll:
- Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide outpatient therapy for a range of diagnoses, including depression, anxiety, trauma, SUD, and mood disorders
- Collaborate closely with psychiatry, case management, peer support, crisis services, and other wraparound resources
- Setting: 100% Remote | Minnesota-based outpatient care
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hrs/wk (Day or Afternoon Shifts)
- Patient Population: Day Shift: Ages 15 or Afternoon Shift: Ages 6
- Caseload: :5-6 sessions per day
- Appointments: F ollow-ups appointments are 60 mins

Qualifications:
- Active LICSW or LPCC license in Minnesota (required)
- Proven experience in providing therapy services as an independently licensed Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) preferred
- Full-time availability ( 40 hours per week) during CST hours
- Experience and comfort treating patients across varying acuity levels
- Telehealth experience preferred (experience with SmartCare a plus!)
