Iris Telehealth is seeking PMHNPs licensed in Colorado to provide care to patients in a community mental health outpatient setting for 24 hours a week. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team at one of Iris’s behavioral healthcare partners, expanding access to quality care. You'll be able to collaborate with experts in psychiatry, neurology, and psychology, and be supported by an experienced administrative team—so you can focus on what matters most: patient care.

About the Role

• Setting: 100% Remote | FQHC outpatient clinic located in Colorado
• Schedule: Mon–Fri, 24 hrs/wk | flexible within 8am-5pm MST
• Patient Population: Ages 5 (most patients 18 ). Providers should be comfortable managing a full spectrum of acuity.
• Appointment Times: 60 min. for initial visits, 20 min. for follow-ups. 65 min. administrative time per day.
• Collaborative Environment: We are seeking a flexible provider who excels in teamwork and communication, working closely with a dedicated and supportive care team to meet patient needs effectively.
• This role focuses on psychiatric evaluation and medication management as part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary treatment team, including participation in Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) services.

Qualifications: 

• An active PMHNP-BC license in the state of Colorado is required
• Minimum of 2 years prescribing experience post PMHNP Certificate issued preferred
• Availability for 24 hours per week, with the ability to work during MST hours.
• Experience and willingness to treat patients ages 5
• Experience and comfort treating patients across varying acuity levels
• PMHNP ANCC Board Certification (We do not currently offer any opportunities for PMHCNS)
• Telepsychiatry experience preferred (experience with NexGen a plus)
• Reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory
