Position: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
Licensure: Active LCSW or LPC license in Oregon
Pay: $75,000 per year
Schedule: Monday through Friday 40 hours per week – Flexible schedules including 4 ten hour days or 5 eight hours days available
Candidates must have a minimum of two years of therapy and diagnostic experience following the issuance of an independent LCSW or LPC license.

Roles available with patients 5 , 13 , or 18 in outpatient community mental health settings. Roles vary from primarily case management to primarily therapy.

- Develop and monitor treatment plans
- Provide therapy services and connect patients with essential community resources
- Document patient services in electronic health records accurately and in real time
- Use standardized assessment tools and exhibit strong diagnostic skills, contributing to our commitment to high-quality care

Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience as an independently Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
- Active LCSW or LPC license in Oregon required
- Proven experience in therapy, with at least 2 years of diagnostic experience in this setting
- Full-time availability (40 hours per week) during PST hours.
- Must reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory.
