Position: Remote Outpatient Therapist (LICSW / LPCC) – Minnesota 

Compensation:  $82,000/year  

Schedule: Full-Time (40hrs) | Monday–Friday | CST hours

We’re currently hiring a full-time LICSW or LPCC to provide virtual outpatient therapy through one of our Minnesota-based partners. 

What You'll Do 
As part of a collaborative, well-supported care team, you'll: 

• Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans 

• Provide virtual outpatient therapy to patients (primarily ages 15 ) 

• Treat a range of diagnoses, including depression, anxiety, addiction/SUD, trauma, social skill deficits, abuse, personality disorders, and bipolar disorder 

• Collaborate closely with psychiatry, case management, peer support, crisis services, and other wraparound resources 

More About the Role 

• Setting: 100% Remote | Minnesota-based outpatient CCBHC 

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hrs/wk within 8 AM –5 PM CST 

• Caseload: ~5-6 sessions per day 

• Appointments: Follow-ups appointments are 60 mins

Qualifications:  

• Active LICSW or LPCC license in Minnesota (required) 

• Proven experience in providing therapy services as an independently licensed Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) preferred 

• Full-time availability (40 hours per week) during CST hours 

• Experience and comfort treating patients across varying acuity levels 

• Telehealth experience preferred (experience with SmartCare a plus!)
