Job Description
Lead and manage large-scale technology programs using Java-based applications and AWS Cloud platforms, ensuring successful delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.
Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams and external stakeholders/vendors to drive program execution, resolve dependencies, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Oversee end-to-end program planning, scheduling, risk management, and status reporting while ensuring adherence to project governance and delivery standards.
Manage and mentor distributed technical teams, track performance, allocate resources effectively, and foster collaboration across engineering and business units.
Drive cloud transformation and modernization initiatives leveraging AWS services, while supporting architecture discussions, release planning, and operational excellence.
