Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect with a strong background in Application Development and AWS Cloud Technologies to lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performing enterprise solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and cloud architects to define technology roadmaps, modernize applications, and drive cloud transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end enterprise solutions leveraging modern application architectures and AWS cloud services.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solution designs.
- Lead application modernization initiatives, including migration of legacy applications to AWS.
- Define architecture standards, design patterns, and best practices for cloud-native applications.
- Provide technical leadership throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Work with development teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives and enterprise architecture standards.
- Drive API-first, microservices-based, and event-driven architecture implementations.
- Conduct architecture reviews, technical assessments, and performance optimization activities.
- Develop high-level and low-level design documentation.
- Ensure security, compliance, availability, and disaster recovery requirements are incorporated into solutions.
- Mentor developers and engineering teams on architecture best practices and cloud technologies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- 10 years of IT experience with at least 5 years in Solution Architecture roles.
- Strong background in enterprise application development and distributed systems.
- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and cloud-native application architecture.
- Expertise in designing scalable web, mobile, and enterprise applications.
- Strong understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and integration frameworks.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
