IRIS Software Inc. is seeking a Seasoned Sales professional to manage and expand strategic client relationships.
This role is responsible for driving rapid business growth within assigned accounts by developing long‑term partnerships and expanding the client footprint. The incumbent will own and grow the P&L, with accountability for both top‑line revenue growth and bottom‑line profitability.
Location: New York / New Jersey
Responsibilities
- Own and grow client relationships across one or more accounts, ensuring a superior and consistent client experience.
- Design and tailor engagement models—including staff augmentation, managed capacity, managed services, and outcome‑based frameworks—to align with client needs and support multi‑year roadmaps.
- Engage with senior client stakeholders through domain‑ and technology‑driven conversations to position IRIS as a trusted advisor and thought leader.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to expand account footprint, identify new business opportunities, and strengthen IRIS’ competitive position.
- Lead deal engineering and the full sales cycle, collaborating closely with presales and delivery teams to craft compelling solutions.
- Manage and guide IRIS teams onsite, ensuring alignment with client expectations and IRIS’ business objectives.
- Provide proactive updates to leadership on risks, issues, and emerging opportunities within the account.
- Handle client escalations and lead negotiations to safeguard delivery quality and relationship stability.
- Maintain disciplined revenue forecasting and oversee account-level profitability, ensuring commercial health and long-term growth.
- Steer consulting and delivery teams through client environments and influence their engagement to consistently support IRIS’ brand and business goals.
Requirements
- Strong experience in selling solution and/or contingent IT staffing services through effective cold calling and in-person visit to foster a consultative relationship and increased business with the clients.
- Highly developed selling, customer relations, and negotiation skills.
- Should have met and exceeded Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly Goals.
- Experience selling IT solutions. Services and staffing services to companies with a track record of exceeding quotas.
- 5 Years of IT sales with at least 3 years of experience in selling into new/existing accounts.
- Bachelor’s degree is a must, MBA is a plus. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
A self-starter who can multi- task, be self-motivated and is results oriented. Ability to influence and persuade to achieve desired outcomes. Good analytical, problem solving, presentation skills, e.g. budgeting and forecasting. Self-motivated and possess strong organizational and interpersonal networking skills. Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
