About the Role

This is a salaried position with rate of pay commensurate on experience.
This isn’t a desk job. You’ll be dancing, gardening, cooking, crafting, singing, and going on outings with residents who genuinely look forward to seeing you walk through the door. For the right person, this is one of the most rewarding positions in senior care.
What You’ll Do
- Plan and lead a monthly calendar of engaging activities tailored to residents’ interests and abilities
- Facilitate spontaneous, in-the-moment activities that meet residents where they are
- Support residents in socializing, creative expression, light exercise, and meaningful daily experiences
- Accompany residents on community outings and excursions
- Build genuine relationships with residents across all stages of memory loss
- Collaborate with care staff to ensure activities support each resident’s well-being
About Our Community
We’re a small, freestanding memory care assisted living community located in Edmond, just off of Highway 74/Lake Hefner Parkway on 178th between Penn and May. With 40 residents across two intimate buildings of 20, you’ll truly know every face and every story. All of our residents live with Alzheimer’s or another form of dementia, and we care for them across the full spectrum of the disease as an age-in-place community. Smaller team, bigger impact.
