Manufacturing Quality Assurance Engineer

Kentucky (Southern)

My Southern Kentucky client’s manufacturing growth is amazing, They have a trajectory like few others due to the demand for their products and are looking to add a high performing Quality Assurance Engineer to the team.


As a member of the Quality Engineering team you will be responsible for:

• Support manufacturing processes as the technical quality resource, ensuring compliance and stability

• Drive continuous improvement using SPC, 8D, root cause analysis, and other quality tools

• Lead APQP activities (PFMEA, Control Plans, Inspection Plans) to prevent defects

• Investigate internal/customer issues and implement corrective actions

• Improve performance across scrap, rework, and first-pass yield

• Ensure ISO compliance, audit readiness, and accurate quality documentation
