Title: Production Supervisor
Location: Central Michigan
Schedule: 2nd shift, 2-10pm
I'm partnering with a growing F&B manufacturer that is looking for a Production Supervisor to help lead operations at a facility in Central Michigan. This is an exciting opportunity to join a site that recently underwent a transformation and is focused on building a high-performance, customer-driven culture.
What You'll Lead:
✅ Report to the Production Manager
✅ Lead approximately 40-45 production employees
✅ Drive safety, quality, productivity, and daily operational execution
✅ Build accountability, urgency, and strong floor leadership
✅ Partner with maintenance, quality, and sanitation to maximize performance
About the Facility:
✔ Non-union environment
✔ Food and beverage manufacturing
✔ Two production lines
✔ Modernized equipment
Ideal Background:
🔹 F&B manufacturing experience strongly preferred
🔹 Experience leading large, retail-focused manufacturing operations with a strong sense of urgency and customer focus
🔹 Proven success developing teams and driving operational excellence in a 24/7 manufacturing environment
