What are the responsibilities and job description for the Innkeeper position at Iris Inn Bed & Breakfast?
Small but busy 5-star Inn is looking for an experienced Innkeeper to join our team. We are looking for team members who share our passion and perserverance for hospitality. We strive to provide unobtrusive excellence for our guests with a great team: working together to create unforgettable memories for our guests each time they visit.
You will greet guests in a friendly, welcoming, professional manner upon their check in, answer phones, respond to texts and emails, act as guest concierge, inspect and set up rooms, making cocktails and specialized coffee drinks and many other innkeeping duties as assigned. Must have excellent communication skills, ability to luti-task, computer proficiency.
After 90-day probationary period employee is eligible for benefits including medical, dental, vision, tip sharing and PTO.
Starting pay is $17.00/HR with a possible raise to $21.00 after the probationary period.
Position is part-time with hours ranging from 25-35 hours weekly. Our office operating hours are 8AM-8PM. Applicant must be flexible and able to work some weekends and when we have large events.
