Endpoint / Systems Administrator – Direct Hire

I’m partnering with an established, privately held organization headquartered in Roseville, MN on a permanent Endpoint / Systems Administrator opening.

The company has approximately 600 employees and a small internal IT team, so this is a great opportunity for someone who wants broader ownership and doesn’t want to be siloed into one specific area.

They’re looking for a true mid-level Systems / Endpoint Administrator who has a strong Microsoft foundation and is ready to continue growing. This person will work closely with both a junior and senior team member, help mentor the junior resource, and gradually take on more responsibility over time.

Key technologies / responsibilities:

• Microsoft Intune – configuration, compliance, application deployment & troubleshooting
• Windows Autopilot – Entra ID joined & hybrid environments
• Microsoft 365, Exchange Online & Entra ID
• Active Directory & Group Policy
• PowerShell scripting & automation
• Windows 10/11 endpoint administration
• Microsoft Defender, BitLocker & endpoint security
• Windows Server
• VMware / Nutanix or similar virtualization
• VPN, DNS, DHCP & general networking
• iOS / Android MDM
• Patch management & vulnerability remediation

Ideal background:

• Roughly 4–8 years of IT experience
• 2 years of hands-on Microsoft Intune experience
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Practical PowerShell experience
• Experience across both endpoint and systems administration
• Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a smaller IT environment
• Strong communication skills and willingness to mentor others/

This would be a great fit for someone who has gained solid experience in a larger environment but is ready for more ownership, broader exposure, and a clear path toward a senior-level role.

Salary: $80K–$100K depending on experience
