Key Responsibilities
- Develop and edit clear, consistent messaging for various communications, including press releases, newsletters, internal memos, and presentations.
- Work with leadership to create talking points, speeches, and presentation materials.
- Ensure cohesive messaging across all communications to maintain brand consistency and support the company’s mission.
- Coordinate and assist with public relations initiatives, including drafting press releases and managing media inquiries.
- Support internal communications efforts by creating informative updates, announcements, and bulletins for employees.
- Assist in preparing reports, case studies, and other materials to highlight the company’s accomplishments and milestones.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, English, or a related field.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Acrobat).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt messaging for various audiences.
