Job SummaryWe are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Events Assistant to join our dynamic team. As an essential part of our events department, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the exciting world of event planning and execution. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about organizing events and have a keen eye for detail. You will work closely with experienced event coordinators, assisting them in various aspects of planning and managing events from conception to completion.

Pay Range: $950 - $1250 per week
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and execution of various events including corporate functions, weddings, and community events.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure all event materials and services are delivered on time and within budget.
- Support the event coordinator in setting up event spaces, including decorations, seating arrangements, and audio/visual requirements.
- Help manage guest registrations and inquiries both before and during events.
- Contribute to the development of promotional materials and social media content to promote events.
- Participate in post-event evaluations and reporting to assess success and areas for improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with event management software.
- Ability to work well in a team and demonstrate a positive attitude under pressure.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by event schedules.
