This position is Friday through Monday, 10:30 pm- 7:00 am
Job Duties
- Approach all encounters with guests and associates in a friendly, service-oriented, welcoming manner.
- Greet all guests with energy, a genuine smile, positive body language-focused eye contact, and in a timely fashion.
- Responsible for the promotion of a safe and professional workplace through adhering to policies and procedures
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations and documenting issues as needed.
- Maintain company values and demand the highest standards of conduct from self and others
- Remain composed and behave professionally during stressful situations and emergencies.
- Inspect rooms for safety.
- Assist with maintenance duties including unplug toilets, flip breakers, and turn water valves on or off.
- Remove trash and snow.
Job Requirements
- Ability to work alone or in a team environment.
- Must be able to read, write, and comprehend simple instructions
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information and ideas clearly
- Basic Computer Skills
Physical Requirements
- Ability to frequently climb multiple flights of stairs and walk excessively
- Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 40pounds and the ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 80 pounds.
- Required to have visual acuity to scan the grounds for a safe and clean environment
